1. Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for a change of mind. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Conditions

1. Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Unused Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Customized Orders: Custom-stitched or altered fabrics are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
